Hi there, I'm Emma!
For more than a decade I’ve trained and mentored healers, coaches, and leaders to create cellular-level transformation that changes lives and lineages. My work blends trauma-sensitive, body-led, and soul-deep methods, trusted by seasoned practitioners who were already successful — but who knew something deeper was calling.
And while that might sound impressive, my true “why” is much more personal. Because of this work, I built a business that could hold me through one of life’s biggest initiations - the final two years with my dad. I got to live just five minutes away, soaking up daily bear hugs, laughter, and conversations I’ll never stop being grateful for.

How much time will I need each week?
We recommend 4-6 hours per week, unless you have more time to dedicate. The entire certification will take around 7 months, and there are 2 hours of live training per week plus the self learning, the buddy sessions and watching demonstrations.
Is it totally self study?
Absolutely not. There are self learning aspects to the programme, but you also have weekly 2 hour Practice Pods and the option to attend monthly Supervision / Q&A Calls too. The Practice Pods are live group sessions where we practice the technique itself and I give you personalised feedback to help you hone your skills and become confident in using them. You then submit a recording of you and your Buddy doing that technique together so I can see you in your flow, without the teacher in the room so I get a fully rounded view of how you're absorbing the teaching and can course correct as we go. It's an incredibly powerful way to learn AND adheres to industry standards in terms of live face time with me.
Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
Due to the comprehensive nature of this qualification and the immediate access to the materials, we don't offer refunds so please take the time to consider whether this is for you before you sign up. The payment plans are a commitment too, not a pay as you go membership that you can elect to stop paying anytime.
Is it Insurable?
Absolutely! Due to our triple accreditation status and depth of content, this is a fully Certified and Accredited Qualification that's accepted with many insurers - and depending which Accreditation body you go through you can get great deals on insurance too!
Is it a Clinical EFT Certification?
It's actually much more than that. You will learn all of the Gold Standard EFT techniques taught by Gary Craig originally, plus lots more of my own techniques developed over years of working with my own clients. You also learn somatic healing techniques and trauma containment & processing techniques so you are fully equipped to work with whatever kind of clients you wish to.
What can I call myself once I'm certified?
Once you've completed all the assignments, your case studies and had a 1:1 Supervision session with me and we've decided you are confident AND competent to be Certified, you get to call yourself a Trauma Sensitive Somatic EFT™ Practitioner AND a SoulShift Practitioner.
