Your EFT Questions Answered

How do you start a Tapping practice?

You can download the EFT Tapping Masterclass above which is a great start, and will guide you through how to use it. Then, grab the Real-time Reset Ritual to put it into daily practice - that's when the benefits really shine through.

What equipment do I need for Tapping?

A few minutes of undisturbed time, yourself and a willingness to say what's on your mind. You can also have a drink, pen and paper in case anything important comes up.

When can I do Tapping for best effect?

It can be done anytime; personally I recommend Tapping in the morning when you wake up especially if there is anything worrying or stressing you about the upcoming day. I would tap any time in the day you feel emotionally charged or overwhelmed, and again before you go to sleep to help your brain slow down & process the day.

What if I feel stuck with my practice?

Feeling stuck is natural. The Cocoon is the place to be for twice weekly regulation sessions tailored to how you're feeling, plus a monthly Masterclass to give you the tools to help yourself in between. You can also follow The Daily Tap on YouTube for support.

What's the difference between EFT Tapping and Mindset work?

Mindset focuses purely on thoughts and beliefs, without dealing energetically with any of the reasons they exist. EFT Tapping is a holistic tool that disconnects the associated emotion with any negative experience so you don't continue to be triggered by it.

What are the benefits of a regular Tapping practice?

A consistent Tapping practice brings all sorts of benefits including reduced blood pressure, optimised heart rate variability, improved immune function, better sleep, better digestion, less stress, more relaxation, better relationships, healing trauma, healing physical pain and chronic conditions... and living free of anything that was holding you back or weighing you down.
